Project preparation services for “non-member” organizations
Our project preparation services are free for CLIC owner organizations and associate partners, who are paying yearly service fee.
If you are not paying a yearly service fee, the project preparation fees apply to you once you are a part of CLIC coordinated project preparation and the project application writing process has started.
Project-based service package
Preparation work for one project includes
- CLIC prepares project plan and the main application for the project
- CLIC builds necessary consortium for the project
- CLIC supports drafting of consortium agreements
- We offer project preparation services for the projects, that support CLIC SRIA areas (energy, bioeconomy and circular economy)
Project preparation fees 2023
(not charged if an annual fee is paid, VAT 0):
Fixed fees
Small company 1.000 €
Midsize company 2.000 €
Large company 4.000 €
Research institute or university, cities development companies 3.000 €
Plus, a commission of 2% calculated from the participant’s project budget (to be paid if the project gets financing)
OR ALTERNATIVELY
Fixed fee 0 €
Commission of 4% of participant’s budget once the project gets a positive funding decision
