Project preparation services for non-member organizations
Our project preparation services are free for CLIC owner organizations and associate partners, who are paying the yearly service fee. Success fee applies to all organizations, but organizations paying an annual fee get a 50% discount.
If you are not paying the yearly service fee, the project preparation fees apply to you once you are a part of CLIC coordinated project preparation and the project application writing process has started.
In 2024, we are introducing a new pricing model for the project preparation work, and different fees for Business Finland financed projects and EU Horizon financed projects.
Project preparation – Business Finland financed projects
Preparation work for one project includes
- CLIC leads the co-preparation of the project plan, organises preparation workshops and bilateral meetings, and leads the writing of the application documents for the project consortium
- CLIC opens, develops and submits the proposal in BF’s submission system
- CLIC finds missing consortium partners
- CLIC organises pre-submission interaction with Business Finland
Project preparation fees for Business Finland projects 2024, companies only (VAT 0)
Option 1
Fixed fees (not charged from partners paying the annual fee):
- Small company 1.000 €
- Midsize company 2.000 €
- Large company 4.000 €
Plus, a success fee of 2% calculated from the companies’ maximum grant amount (to be paid if the project gets financing).
Companies paying an annual fee get a 50% discount on the success fee.
Option 2 for companies not paying the annual fee
- Fixed fee 0€ and success fee 4%.
Project preparation – EU financed projects
Preparation work for one project includes
- CLIC leads the proposal preparation process
- CLIC opens the application in the EU Funding & Tenders portal for the coordinator, collects and uploads portal data, and develops the budget
- CLIC acts as the main editor for the technical part of the proposal and makes sure that the preparation work leads to a high-quality proposal
- CLIC finds missing consortium partners
Project preparation fees for EU projects 2024
Fixed fees:
- Small company 1.000 €
- Midsize company 2.000 €
- Large company 4.000 €
- Research institute, university or city 2.000 €
OR 20.000 € in total. The consortium partners can decide between themselves how the fixed fee is shared.
Plus, a success fee of 4% calculated from the participant’s maximum grant amount (to be paid if the project gets financing).
Partners paying an annual fee get a 50% discount on the success fee.
