Mandatory information on all invoices

Please ensure that the following details are always included on the invoice in the Your reference -field:

• Project number
• Name of the purchaser

1) Electronic Invoices

2) Reception of invoices via e-mail by the scanning service

3) Paper invoice scanning service

Both the invoice and the envelope must contain complete scanning address information to ensure quick and reliable delivery:
