CLIC ProjectBooster is a time-bound, challenge-driven innovation process designed to turn industry needs into high-impact RDI projects each year. It brings companies and academia together to co-create solutions to systemic challenges through focused, cross-sectoral collaboration.
The ProjectBooster process combines online tools with facilitated workshops and uses matchmaking concepts like “brokerage events” to match idea owners with need owners. Challenges are defined by companies and translated into concrete research questions, and new research ideas are brought up by researchers. Co-creation methods are being used as teams work side by side to shape new project concepts to develop project applications.
