Service offering
Playbook services offer you two possibilities to utilise the online Playbook tools more efficiently in your own ecosystem management:
- Tailored ecosystem workshops for organisations (more information below). Price 2.970 € (VAT 0).
- Ecosystem facilitator training service, where we provide 3 half-a-day online guidance/consultation sessions on how to use the Playbook tools in the ecosystem workshops. The facilitator training package is a fast and simple way to learn more about the Playbook tools, facilitator jobs and open innovation methods. Price 450 € (vat 0). Our owner organizations and associate partners paying yearly fee get -25 % rebate on all the services.

Tailored ecosystem workshops
Tailored ecosystem workshops are targeted for organisations that work with or within different open innovation ecosystems. These workshops are always tailored to the special needs of the ecosystem, depending on its development phase. The workshop includes 1-hour pre-planning session, pre-work instructions and materials, tools and materials for the actual workshop and access to online working space for the session (in case of online execution), facilitation for the 1-day, 3 – 4 hour workshop and summary materials after the workshop. The price for the tailored workshop is 2.970 € (vat 0).
Use case examples
In the exploration phase the ecosystems need to define the purpose for the ecosystem, the ways of working and roadmaps.
